9.54.010 Unguarded fires.

Any person who kindles a fire upon any street, alley, land, lot or block within the corporate limits of the city, which is not so enclosed or guarded as to prevent the same from spreading or being transmitted to any adjoining property belonging to or occupied by any other person, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1001 §1(part), 1999).
