9.56.020 Misdemeanor – Penalty.

Disorderly conduct is a misdemeanor and is punishable as set forth in the penalty provisions of this code. (Ord. 2414 § 3, 2009).

9.56.030 Public disturbance.

A person is guilty of public disturbance if he or she:

A. Fights or encourages others to fight in a public place;

B. Willfully annoys, molests, bothers, insults or offers an affront to another person and thereby intentionally creating a risk of assault;

C. Willfully breaks, impairs, injures or defaces any building, fence, awning, window, sign, signboard, tree, shrub or other thing of value being the property of another;

D. Urinates or defecates in any place open to the public view, other than a restroom or toilet facility.

Public disturbance is a misdemeanor and is punishable as set forth in EMC 9.00.030. (Ord. 2418 § 1, 2009).
