9.30.010 Adoption by reference.

The following sections of the Revised Code of Washington, as presently constituted or hereinafter amended, are adopted by reference as the code of the City of Everson:

9.30.020 Minor on moving trains.

It shall be unlawful for any minor to get on or off, to get on or catch hold of, to run alongside of or in front of, or attempt to get on or catch hold of or alight from any railroad train, railroad engine, or railroad car in the City while the same is in motion. Violation of this section is a simple misdemeanor. [Ord. 677 § 22, 2008.]
