Chapter 10.12 ARTERIALS AND ACCESS STREETS

The streets of the City are classified and designated as follows:

A. Major arterials;

B. Secondary arterials;

C. Access streets. (Ord. 369 § 1, 1961)

The following City street is designated a major arterial:

Main Street, from the Nooksack River west to the west end of Block 21 “Amended Plat of Ferndale.” (Ord. 369 § 2, 1961)

The following City streets are designated secondary arterials:

A. Alder Street;

B. Axton Road;

C. Cedar Street;

D. Cherry Street;

E. Douglas Road;

F. East Seamount Drive;

G. Ferndale Terrace;

H. First Street;

I. Front Street;

J. Main Street, west of Block 21 “Amended Plat of Ferndale”;

K. Malloy Drive;

L. Memorial Drive;

M. Mt. Baker Avenue;

N. Railroad Avenue;

O. School Street;

P. Seamount Drive;

Q. Second Street;

R. Shuksan Street;

S. Somerset Avenue;

T. Third Street;

U. Thornton Road;

V. Vista Drive;

All other streets within the City are designated access streets. (Ord. 369 § 4, 1961)
