TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH WIRES

12.24.010 Height limits.
It is provided that any and all cross-arms, or other devices, upon poles carrying telephone and telegraph wires, or either thereof, erected or strung in the public streets and alleys within the corporate limits of the City shall be placed at a height of not less than 23 feet above the surface of the ground at the point where such wires are attached. (Ord. 73 § 1, 1913)
12.24.020 Violation – Penalty.
Enforcement procedures and penalties resulting from violations of this chapter shall be administered pursuant to Chapter 1.12 FMC. (Ord. 1819 § 9, 2013)
