COMPREHENSIVE PLAN*

23.04.010 To be adopted by ordinance.
The comprehensive plan for the city, including required and optional elements, shall be adopted by ordinance. An affirmative vote of not less than a majority of the total members of the city council shall be required for adoption of an ordinance to adopt a plan or its elements, or any amendments thereto. (Ord. 1111 § 1, 1995; Ord. 908 § 2, 1988).
23.04.020 Adopted.
The 2024 amendments to the Fircrest comprehensive plan, as shown in Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance No.1733 and incorporated in this section by reference are hereby adopted pursuant to the Growth Management Act, Chapter 36.70A RCW, and codified within this title.
