The rules, regulations, forms and procedures that are currently set forth in Chapter 13.00.00, Corrections, of the Grandview Police Manual, as amended by the police chief, are hereby adopted as the jail rules, regulations, forms and procedures for the city of Grandview municipal jail. (Ord. 2008-13 § 2).
2.80.020 Availability.
At least three copies of the rules, regulations, forms and procedures shall be on file at the office of the city clerk and shall be available for public inspection and copying during normal city business hours. (Ord. 2008-13 § 2).
2.80.030 Amendments.
The police chief may amend said rules, regulations, forms and procedures to conform to the standards in WAC Title 289. (Ord. 2008-13 § 2).
2.80.040 Severability.
In the event any section of the rules, regulations, forms or procedures adopted herein or any section of this chapter is declared by any court of competent jurisdiction as unconstitutional or unenforceable, all other sections shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 2008-13 § 2).
