CITY HALL IMPREST CASH ACCOUNT

3.10.040 Initial deposit and balance of account.
3.10.010 Created.
There is created an imprest cash account at City Hall. (Ord. 1567 § 1, 1999).
3.10.020 Custodian.
The custodian of said account shall be the city treasurer. (Ord. 1567 § 1, 1999).
3.10.030 Operation.
Said account shall be established and operated in accordance with BARS Manual Accounting Procedures on Petty Cash. (Ord. 1567 § 1, 1999).
3.10.040 Initial deposit and balance of account.
The initial amount deposited to the imprest cash account and balance to be kept in said account is the sum of $600.00. The city treasurer is authorized and directed to make transfers into said account by check. (Ord. 1698 § 1, 2004; Ord. 1567 § 1, 1999).
