COMMUNITY CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND

3.28.010 Created.
There is hereby created the community center construction fund. (Ord. 2009-15 § 1).
3.28.020 Source of moneys.
The fund shall be credited with the proceeds from the sale of the Carl L. Stevens Senior Citizens Center property and any amounts donated or otherwise received for the development and construction of a community center. (Ord. 2009-15 § 2).
3.28.030 Use of funds.
The funds shall be used for the planning, design and construction of a Grandview community center as approved by the city council. (Ord. 2009-15 § 3).
