DISHONORED CHECKS

3.95.010 Service fees.
A. The city clerk, city treasurer and municipal court clerk shall charge and collect $25.00 for each unpaid or dishonored draft, check or other negotiable instrument.
B. Upon the receipt of such unpaid or dishonored draft, check or negotiable instrument, the city clerk, city treasurer or municipal court clerk shall proceed to collect said instrument under the provisions of RCW 62A.3-522. (Ord. 1750 § 1, 2006; Ord. 1195 §§ 1, 2, 1987).
