GAMBLING

9.84.010 Prohibited.
The following gambling activities are hereby prohibited within the city limits of the city of Grandview:
A. Commercial bingo operations;
B. House-banked card rooms. (Ord. 2007-18 § 2).
9.84.020 Exceptions.
The prohibitions described in GMC 9.84.010 shall not apply to nonprofit charitable organizations for fundraising purposes. (Ord. 2007-18 § 2).
