U-TURNS PROHIBITED

10.36.010 No U-turn street.
A. Designated. No U-turns are allowed on the following designated streets within the city limits:
1. Second Street from Westridge Drive east to Elm Street;
2. Wine Country Road from west city limits to the east city limits;
3. Division Street from Wine Country Road to Fifth Street;
4. Grandridge Road from Wine Country Road to Fifth Street;
5. Ash Street from Wine Country Road to Second Street.
A “U-turn” for the purposes of this chapter is defined as a turn in which the vehicle proceeds in the opposite direction from its original direction of travel.
B. Violation – Penalty. Violations of this chapter is a civil infraction and is punishable by a fine of $100.00. (Ord. 2007-10 § 2).
