3.08.010 Treasurer responsible for investments.
The town treasurer shall be responsible for determining what moneys are available in each fund for investment purposes. (Ord. 199 § 1, 1982).
3.08.020 Amount.
The treasurer shall keep such surplus moneys invested to the maximum prudent extent in such a manner as prescribed by the state and insured by the federal government. (Ord. 199 § 2, 1982).
3.08.030 Approval of mayor.
All decisions by the treasurer as prescribed in Sections 3.08.010 and 3.08.020 shall be subject to the approval of the mayor. (Ord. 199 § 3, 1982).
