12.08.010 Obstructing through traffic prohibited.

No person shall park a vehicle or conveyance on streets or alleys in such a position as to obstruct through traffic. Any vehicle so found shall be towed off, and towing cost charged to the person violating this chapter. (Ord. 142 § 1, 1965).

12.08.020 Littering prohibited.

No person shall throw, scatter, distribute, empty or deposit in the town the contents of any waste vessel, or any broken glass, bottles, crockery, nails, stones, brick, mortar, gravel, wood shavings, offal, garbage, ashes, rubbish, paper, confetti, serpentine, grass or other waste material or substances whatsoever, whereby the street, sidewalk, alleys, or public places may be made unwholesome or unclean or obstructed or dangerous or inconvenient to travel upon by any person, animal, or vehicle. (Ord. 142 § 2, 1965).

12.08.030 Violation – Penalties.

Any person who shall be convicted of the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.16, and, in the case of parked vehicles or other encumbrances requiring towing, shall also be charged for the cost of said towing.
