PROHIBITION OF PRIVIES AND INSTALLATION OF PLUMBING

On and after March 1, 1954, modern plumbing and inside toilets shall be installed in all new buildings erected in the town, when the same are to be used as dwellings, places of business, or for public meeting halls. (Ord. 132 § 1, 1954).
13.08.020 Buildings moved to new sites.
On and after March 1, 1954, buildings moved to new sites, which will be used as dwellings, places of business, or public meeting halls, shall be equipped with modern plumbing and inside toilets. (Ord. 132 § 2, 1954).
13.08.030 Privies prohibited.
On and after March 1, 1954, the erection of outside privies within the limits of the town shall be unlawful. (Ord. 132 § 3, 1954).
