PUBLIC BUILDINGS

17.28.010 Intent.
Public buildings are permitted throughout the town of Index and in combination with other land uses.
Public buildings are buildings supporting the services provided by a public agency. This term includes fire stations, community centers, schools and government administrative offices such as the Index Town Hall. Public buildings must meet the same building requirements as commercial buildings. (Ord. 370 § 4, 2004).
