A. Businesses with only a post office box and no physical business location within the City of Issaquah and which do not otherwise engage in any business, as defined in IMC 5.02.040(E), within the City of Issaquah are exempt from the requirement to obtain a business license from the City.

B. Farmers who sell agricultural, horticultural or farm products which they have actually grown, harvested, or produced upon lands owned or occupied by them are exempt from the requirement to obtain a business license; provided, that this exemption does not apply to sale of firewood.

C. Any residential rental or leasing activity which does not involve more than 9 residential units at any 1 location within the City. (Ord. 2972 § 1 (Exh. A), 2022).
