FAILURE TO APPEAR

9.32.010 Failure to appear.
A. Any person, having been cited, summoned subpoenaed or otherwise lawfully ordered to personally appear before the municipal court of the city, who willfully fails to appear when so required by the court shall be guilty of a crime. Unless otherwise shown, failure to appear when required shall be presumed to be willful.
B. Punishment for willful failure to appear shall be as provided in Chapter 1.40 as it now exists or is hereafter amended. (Ord. 3172 §§ 1, 2, 1991)
