2.15.010 Claims for damages.
The city clerk is hereby appointed to be the City agent responsible to receive claims for damages made under Chapter 4.96 RCW. Other than vacation, sick leave, and other temporary absences, the city clerk shall be available to receive claims for damages during normal City Hall business hours at Kenmore City Hall, 6700 NE 181st Street, Kenmore, Washington, 98028-0607.
