21.16.010 International Mechanical Code adopted.
The 2021 Edition of the International Mechanical Code, as adopted by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-52 WAC, as published by the International Code Council, excluding Chapter 1, “Administration,” is adopted. The Construction Administrative Code, as set forth in Chapter 21.06, shall be used in place of IMC Chapter 1, Administration. References in this code to Group R shall include Group I-1, Condition 2 assisted living facilities licensed by Washington State under Chapter 388-78A WAC and Group I-1, Condition 2 residential treatment facilities licensed by Washington State under Chapter 246-337 WAC.
