25.16.010 Bonds.
(1) The public works department may require a bond, as applicable, under the Kirkland zoning code, Ordinance 2740, as amended, Chapter 175 KZC, to ensure compliance with any aspect of concurrency for the development permit or building permit approval.
(2) A governmental entity which will not be providing a bond due to RCW 35A.21.250 will be issued a permit after compliance with all of the capital improvement requirements. (Ord. 3830 § 1 (part), 2002: Ord. 3552 § 1 (part), 1997)
