25.20.010 Administrative rules and procedures.

The public works department shall be authorized to establish administrative rules and procedures for administering the concurrency test system. The administrative rules and procedures shall include but not be limited to application forms, necessary submittal information, processing times, issuance of the concurrency test notice and the certificate of concurrency, and processing the request for reconsideration and appeal.
