3.15.010 City Hall petty cash fund.
A City Hall petty cash fund is hereby established and shall be maintained at no more than $100.00; no single expenditure shall be made in excess of $25.00, except that payments to other governmental entities may be allowed up to a maximum of $100.00. 3.15.020 Cumulative reserve fund.

3.15.030 Claims/payroll clearing fund.

3.15.040 Police department imprest fund.
(1) An imprest fund for the La Center police department is established in the amount of $250.00.
(2) The chief of police is named custodian of the police department imprest fund.
(3) Appropriations to and replenishment of the imprest fund shall be made by action of the city council. [Ord. 2023-04 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023; Ord. II-9-16 §§ 1 – 3, 1994.]
