7.28.010 Adoption by Reference.

The “Washington Model Traffic Ordinance” Chapter 308-330 WAC, except as set forth in 7.28.020 and 7.28.030 below, is hereby adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the City of Lake Stevens as if set forth herein in full. Also adopted by reference are Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12 and 23 of Chapter 275, Laws of 1994 and RCW 46.20.730 as amended by Section 23, Chapter 275, Laws of 1994. 7.28.030 Authority of Fire Department Officials.

Officers of the Fire Department, when at the scene of a fire, accident, or natural disaster may direct or assist the police in directing traffic thereat or in the immediate vicinity. (Ord. 452, 1994: Ord. 55, 1968)
