MODEL TRAFFIC CODE ADOPTED

10.04.010 Adopted.
The “Washington model traffic ordinance,” Chapter 308-330 WAC, is hereby adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the city of Langley as if set forth in full. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 23 of Chapter 275, Laws of 1994, are adopted by reference in addition to RCW 46.20.730 or as hereafter amended. (Ord. 677, 1994)
10.04.020 Savings clause.
The repeal of Ordinance No. 452 does not affect any pending or existing litigation and does not operate as an abatement or bar to any action or proceeding pending under or by virtue of the repealed ordinance. (Ord. 677, 1994)
