SPEED LIMITS

10.08.030 Violation – Penalty.
10.08.010 Designated.
Except as otherwise posted, the speed limit upon all streets within the city shall not be more than 25 miles per hour. (Ord. 871, 2006; Ord. 551, 1989; Ord. 453, 1985)
10.08.020 School zone.
The speed limit upon those areas of Camano Avenue presently marked as a school zone shall not be more than 20 miles per hour, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Ord. 871, 2006; Ord. 453, 1985)
10.08.030 Violation – Penalty.
The violation of this chapter shall constitute a traffic infraction and shall be punished by a penalty of not more than that amount allowed by the Washington model traffic ordinance adopted by Chapter 10.04. (Ord. 453, 1985)
