PURPOSE

13.05.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this title is to establish a comprehensive system to manage, operate, and maintain a county public utility system of sewerage, water and drainage facilities consistent with and under authority of Chapter 36.94 RCW. Chapter 36.94 RCW recognizes that the construction, operation and maintenance of a system of sewerage and water is a county purpose. [Ord. 1265 Att. A, 2016]
