1.26.010 Gross misdemeanor – Penalty.

Unless otherwise expressly provided, the penalty that may be imposed upon a person convicted of a gross misdemeanor may include a monetary fine of up to $5,000 and/or imprisonment for up to one year. (Ord. 2551 § 1, 1994).

1.26.020 Misdemeanor – Penalty.

Unless otherwise expressly provided, the penalty that may be imposed upon a person convicted of a misdemeanor may include a monetary fine of up to $1,000 and/or imprisonment for up to 90 days. (Ord. 2551 § 1, 1994).
