CIVIL DEFENSE ORGANIZATION*

2.78.010 City declared part of county organization.
The city, being a part of Cowlitz County, state of Washington, is declared to be a part of the local organization for civil defense of Cowlitz County, Washington, which local organization is known as the Cowlitz County civil defense organization. (Ord. 1092 § 1, 1961).
2.78.020 Official representative.
The city manager is designated as the official representative of the city to the Cowlitz County civil defense organization. (Ord. 1092 § 2, 1961).
2.78.030 Annual contribution.
The annual contribution of the city to the Cowlitz County civil defense organization shall be as provided in the annual budget of the city. (Ord. 1092 § 3, 1961).
2.78.040 Participation of city officials.
Such city officials shall participate in the Cowlitz County civil defense organization as shall be provided by the Cowlitz County civil defense plan. (Ord. 1092 § 4, 1961).
