TENNIS COURTS CONSTRUCTION FUND

3.33.010 Created.
There is created for the city a special fund to be designated as “tennis courts construction fund,” into which all funds received from the proceeds of general obligation bonds issued June 1, 1977, as well as other funds which may be authorized from time to time by the city council, for the purpose of paying the cost of construction of tennis and racquetball courts for the city, including all facilities and improvements used in connection therewith, shall be deposited. (Ord. 1851 § 1, 1977).
3.33.020 Expenditures.
Checks, pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, or warrants may be drawn on said fund for the aforesaid purpose. (Ord. 1851 § 1, 1977).
