11.48.010 Restricted operation and parking of motor vehicles.

It is unlawful for any person to operate or park a motor vehicle within that portion of the property of the Port of Longview lying within the city limits, except for cargo vehicles and such other vehicles as have displayed thereon a special permit issued by the Port of Longview which permit shall be displayed on the visor or windshield of said vehicle so as to be clearly visible from the outside at all times; provided, however, this section shall not apply to vehicles traveling to and/or from, or parking within that portion of the property of the Port of Longview lying within the city limits which is presently under lease to the Continental Grain Company, a corporation, and which said property is more fully described as follows: A portion of the William Hutchinson D.L.C. in Township 7 North, Range 2 West, Willamette Meridian, Cowlitz County, Washington, described as follows:

Beginning at a point 575.44 feet south and 1008.08 feet west of Long-Bell Monument No. 68 which marks the corner common to Sections 4, 5, 8 and 9, T. 7N., R 2W., W.M.; thence along the northeasterly line of the tract conveyed by the Long-Bell Lumber Company to Port of Kelso and recorded in Vol. 164, page 424, under Cowlitz County Auditor’s File No. 86492, this line being parallel to and 30 feet southwesterly from the centerline of Railway tract No. W.M. 2 as now constructed South 26 degrees 46 minutes East 1355.03 feet; thence South 63 degrees 14 minutes West 9.7 feet to the true point of beginning; thence parallel to and 39.7 feet southwesterly from the center point of said tract South 46 degrees 26 minutes East 189.0 feet; thence South 54 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds West 193.67 feet; thence North 51 degrees 59 minutes West 46.0 feet; thence North 38 degrees 01 minutes East 125.0 feet; thence North 51 degrees 59 minutes West 230.0 feet North 63 degrees 14 minutes East 111.0 feet; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 85.0 feet through a central angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes an arc distance of 133.51 feet to the place of beginning.
