3.51.010 Creating program development fund.

There is hereby created and established a fund known as the “program development fund.” (Ord. 2093 § 3, 1996)

3.51.020 Purpose and appropriation of monies.

Into the program development fund shall be placed monies appropriated or budgeted from time-to-time, and monies from the general fund that are directly budgeted for current year operations, which are determined reasonable and necessary for buying any specified supplies, material or equipment, personnel compensation and benefits in all forms, the purchase of personal and professional services, including, but not limited to, program development, enhancement, and expansion, and to provide a source for matching funds for federal and state grants and interlocal agreements. This fund shall not be a lending fund interfund loans. (Ord. 2338 § 1, 2001; Ord. 2093 § 4, 1996)

3.51.030 Monies accumulation.

The monies in said funds may be allowed to accumulate biennium to biennium until the city council shall determine to expend the monies in said fund for the purposes herein specified. (Ord. 2648 § 1, 2006; Ord. 2093 § 5, 1996)

3.51.040 Interest earnings.

Repealed by Ord. 2648. (Ord. 2093 § 6, 1996)
