SALES AND USE TAX CREDIT FOR AFFORDABLE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

The city of Mill Creek authorizes the maximum capacity of the state sales and use tax credit available pursuant to RCW 82.14.540 and in accordance with Resolution 2019-583 to be used for affordable and supportive housing as set forth in those enactments. (Ord. 2019-858 § 2)
