9.16.020 Seizure and forfeiture.

A. RCW 69.50.505, as now or hereinafter amended, is adopted by reference as part of this chapter as though set forth herein in full.

B. Severability. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter is declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.
