8.28.010 Flowers and shrubbery.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to wilfully injure, molest or destroy any flowers, shrubbery or trees in or upon any public park within the city or within or upon any parking strip within the city. (Ord. 570 §1, 1931).

8.28.020 Property and grounds.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to wilfully injure, damage or destroy any park property, park grounds and/or public parks within the city. (Ord. 570 §2, 1931).

8.28.030 Penalty for violation.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction before the police judge of the city be punished as provided in Section 1.08.010. (Ord. 1206 §2, 1984: Ord. 943 §7, 1972: Ord. 570 §3, 1931).
