Penalty for Violation

8.72.010 Generally.
Every person convicted by the police judge of the city of a violation of the criminal provisions of this title for which no punishment is specifically prescribed in this title shall be punished as provided by Section 1.08.010. (Ord. 1205 §5, 1984).
