9.20.010 Obstructing justice, criminal assistance, introducing contraband and related offenses.

The following statutes of the state of Washington are hereby adopted by reference as they now exist or hereafter may be amended:

9.20.020 Escape.

The following statutes of the state of Washington are hereby adopted by reference as they now exist or hereafter may be amended:

A. RCW 9.31.090, Escaped prisoner recaptured.

B. RCW 9A.76.130, Escape in the third degree. (Ord. 3536 § 12, 2011).

9.20.030 Interference and abuse of police dogs prohibited.

A person commits the offense of interference with a police dog when he or she knowingly strikes or taps on or pokes at any cage or vehicle in which a police dog is located or when he or she knowingly grabs, harasses, agitates, strikes, attempts to injure or hold the collar of, or to interfere with any dog used by a police officer in discharging or attempting to discharge any legal duty or power of his or her office under circumstances not amounting to “Harming a police dog,” as defined in RCW 9A.76.200. Violation of this section is a gross misdemeanor. (Ord. 3536 § 12, 2011).

9.20.040 Licenses required – Security guards.
