1.05.010 Adoption of classification.
There is hereby adopted for the City of Mountlake Terrace the classification of Noncharter Code City. (Ord. 735 § 1, 1970).
1.05.020 Council-Manager plan retained.
The City shall retain its present form of government, to-wit: the Council-Manager plan, pursuant to RCW 35A.02.130. (Ord. 735 § 2, 1970).
1.05.030 Filing.
The City Clerk shall transmit a copy of the ordinance codified hereof to the Secretary of State of the state of Washington for filing in the manner and form required by law. (Ord. 735 § 3, 1970).
