SKATEBOARD REGULATIONS

10.25.010 Unlawful – Where.
It shall be unlawful for any person to propel or ride a skateboard on the landscaping, walks, driveways, or parking areas of the City of Mountlake Terrace Civic Center, Public Library, or Recreational Pavilion. (Ord. 1848 § 1, 1989).
10.25.020 “Skateboard” defined.
A “skateboard” is any device utilizing a platform supported by two or more wheels designed to be ridden upon by human beings. (Ord. 1848 § 2, 1989).
10.25.030 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating MTMC 10.25.010 shall be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding $250.00. (Ord. 1848 § 3, 1989).
