FINANCE DIRECTOR

2.12.010 Finance director.
The office of city treasurer shall be abolished and the powers and duties required by statute or ordinance to be performed by the treasurer shall be performed by the finance director. The finance director shall be appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the city council according to the confirmation process established by council resolution.
