WATERFRONT PARKING FUND

3.88.010 Created.
There is created and established an enterprise fund to be known as the waterfront parking fund. (Ord. 1451 § 1 (Exh. A), 2021; Ord. 521 § 1, 1985)
3.88.020 Source of funds.
The moneys received from parking fees and any other sources related to parking shall be deposited in the fund. (Ord. 1451 § 1 (Exh. A), 2021; Ord. 521 § 2, 1985)
3.88.030 Disbursements.
All disbursements for expenses for parking shall be made from such fund. (Ord. 1451 § 1 (Exh. A), 2021; Ord. 521 § 3, 1985)
3.88.040 Interest on fund.
The investment interest earnings from the fund shall be deposited in the fund. (Ord. 1451 § 1 (Exh. A), 2021; Ord. 521 § 4, 1985)
