3.98.010 Created.

A Rosehill Community Center change fund is created for the purpose of making change for members of the public who have financial dealings with the center. (Ord. 844 § 1, 1995)

3.98.020 Initial amount in fund.

The initial cash amount in the Rosehill Community Center change fund shall be forty dollars. The change fund shall constitute a clearing fund and not a working fund of the city for budgetary purposes. (Ord. 844 § 2, 1995)

3.98.030 Custodian of fund.

The finance director shall be the custodian of the Rosehill Community Center change fund created by this chapter. A reconciliation of the fund shall be made periodically by the deputy city clerk. (Ord. 844 § 3, 1995)

3.98.040 Fund not for personal advances.

The Rosehill Community Center change fund created by this chapter shall not be used for personal use or personal cash advances secured by check or other I.O.U.’s and any use of such fund for other than transactions involving official department business shall be considered a misappropriation of public funds. (Ord. 844 § 4, 1995)
