COIN‑OPERATED VENDING MACHINES
Sections:
5.20.010 Location.
Coin‑operated vending machines of any type and for any purpose shall be located only within buildings used for commercial, business or public purposes. (Ord. 226 § 1, 1973)
5.20.020 Violations.
Coin‑operated vending machines located in violation of the ordinance codified in this chapter are declared to be public nuisances. (Ord. 226 § 2, 1973)
5.20.030 Definition.
As used in this chapter, the words “vending machine” mean any machine or device which supplies tangible goods to a vendee without the presence of a person conducting the sale on behalf of the vendor. (Ord. 226 § 3, 1973)
5.20.040 Penalty.
Violations of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and be subject to the provisions contained in Mukilteo Municipal Code Chapter 1.32, General Penalties. (Ord. 1083 § 3, 2003: Ord. 226 § 4, 1973)
