9.42.020 Contributing to the dependency or delinquency of a minor.

It is unlawful for any person, by act or omission, to contribute to the delinquency of a minor. Any such violation shall be a gross misdemeanor. For purposes of this section, a person is guilty of the crime if he violates any of the following statutes which are incorporated by reference:

A.    RCW 26.28.080(2) Permitting person under age of eighteen to remain in any place of entertainment injurious to health or morals.

B.    RCW 26.28.080(3) Permitting person under age of eighteen to gamble, or remain in a house of prostitution, or in any place where a controlled substance is used.

C.    RCW 26.28.080(4) In part — Selling or giving any person under eighteen years of age any cigarette or tobacco in any form.

D.    RCW 26.28.080(5) Selling or giving any person under age of eighteen a revolver or pistol. (Ord. 708 § 26 (part), 1991: Ord. 398 § 21.02, 1982)
