STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

12.01.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this rights-of-way title is to provide for the use of the public rights-of-way in an equitable manner that protects the public health, safety and welfare. To that end, this title establishes:
A. Processes for issuing permits to use open and unopened public rights-of-way.
B. Processes for the vacation of public rights-of-way and for the dedication of private roads to the city of Mukilteo.
C. A coordinated system for assigning address numbers to buildings and naming streets within the city. (Ord. 1329 § 3 (Exh. A) (part), 2013)
