DEFINITIONS

17.02.010 Definitions.
The definitions contained in NMC Titles 18 and 20 shall apply to this title. If there are conflicts between the definitions of NMC Titles 18 and 20 and other titles of the Newcastle Municipal Code, the more restrictive or contextually appropriate definition shall apply, as determined by the director.
