1.12.010 Adoption of noncharter code city classification.
The classification of noncharter code city operating under RCW Title 35A is hereby adopted for the city of Normandy Park. (Ord. 859 § 1, 2010).
1.12.020 Plan of government.
The city of Normandy Park hereby retains its current council-manager plan of government, as modified by Chapter 35A.13 RCW and RCW Title 35A. (Ord. 859 § 2, 2010).
