ANTI-DRUG CUMULATIVE
RESERVE FUND

3.50.010 Created – Purpose.

There is created a cumulative reserve fund (Fund No. 120) for public education and drug enforcement into which moneys may be placed from time to time from any fund available from general moneys collected by the city, interest, donations, and forfeited by drug offenders. Warrants may be drawn and cashed for the purpose of paying individuals and firms for public education and drug enforcement. (Ord. 502 § 1, 1989).

3.50.020 Transfer of funds.

Transfer of $4,050 from the general fund to the anti-drug cumulative reserve fund is authorized, reducing the law enforcement budgeted expenditures by $1,000 and transferring the remainder from unanticipated revenue sources. (Ord. 502 § 2, 1989).
