SLOPES

10.16.030 Uphill or cut slope.
10.16.040 Downhill or cut slope.
10.16.050 Easements to maintain slopes.
10.16.010 Crown slopes.
Crown slopes shall be maintained at one-fourth inch per foot as shown in NPMC 10.12.050 through 10.12.080. (Ord. 192 § 4.1, 1967).
10.16.020 Shoulder slopes.
Shoulder slopes shall be maintained at one-fourth inch per foot as shown in NPMC 10.12.050 through 10.12.080. (Ord. 192 § 4.2, 1967).
10.16.030 Uphill or cut slope.
Uphill or cut slope shall not exceed one foot per foot outside of shoulders. (Ord. 192 § 4.3, 1967).
10.16.040 Downhill or cut slope.
Downhill or cut slope shall not exceed one and one-half foot per foot outside of shoulders. (Ord. 192 § 4.4, 1967).
10.16.050 Easements to maintain slopes.
Easements for additional land outside the right-of-way shall be granted to the city where necessary to maintain uphill and downhill slopes as required by this title. (Ord. 192 § 4.5, 1967).
