10.24.010 Culvert and catch basin standards.
Culverts and catch basins for control of storm drainage water shall be installed to the following standards:
(1) Culverts shall have a minimum diameter of 12 inches;
(2) Culverts shall be installed to a minimum grade of two percent;
(3) Catch basins shall have a metal frame and grating;
(4) Catch basins shall be installed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 10.48 NPMC, or as recommended by the city engineer to conform to the city storm drainage plan. (Ord. 192 § 6.1, 1967).
10.24.020 Roadside ditches.
Roadside ditches shall be installed only on those existing streets covered by NPMC 10.12.070 and shall meet the dimensions and slope requirements as shown therein. (Ord. 192 § 6.2, 1967).
